"You've got 30 Minutes", so don't waste it calling Domino's and getting any fatter in order to satisfy your pizza craving. This is a from-the-pantry dish. ENJOY!

Dough: Some people buy it and keep it in the freezer, you could also make a traditional crust ahead of time, OR make this non-rising kind in literally 5 minutes:
Rub a large cookie sheet with a little olive oil (you could also use a pizza stone) and preheat your oven to 425* F.
Mix together:
2.5 C of Whole Wheat Flour
1 t. salt
1/2 t. baking powder
Stir in
2 T. olive oil
1 C. water
Once dough is incorporated and holding together, roll it out on a floured surface into two circles or 1 large rectangular shape (depending on the size and shape of your cookie sheet or pizza stone). Put onto the pan/stone and cover with the sauce below.

"L's" Pizza Sauce:
1 T. pizza seasoning OR (1 t. each of basil, parsley, oregano)
1 t. salt
1/2 t. red pepper flakes
16 oz. can of chopped tomatoes (without the juice)

Cover the dough + the sauce + whatever toppings you wish + 8 oz. of shredded mozzarella.
We have also used sliced Havarti, provolone and other white cheeses when all we had was deli cheese :) It's bread and cheese, people! It will taste good!
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and the cheese is browned and bubbly.

I keep checking this blog to make sure you still have this recipe because I really want to try it. I just haven't done it yet. Maybe I should just print it out just in case...
