Salsa chicken
Submitted by Bridget S. "This sounds really weird, but it really is yummy, super easy and fast."
Mix:
1 C salsa
1/4 C dijon mustard (regular or honey mustard also works yummy...)
2 Tbsp lime juice
Coat the inside of a baking dish with tin-foil. Place 2-4 chicken breasts in pan and drizzle above mixture over chicken. (The chicken can even be frozen...I love that part!)
Bake 30-45 min at 375. Serve over rice.
