Whole Wheat Banana Bread

3 1/2 c whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp soft butter
3/4 c apple sauce
2 c sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c non fat sour cream (yogurt will work as a substitue)
1 Tbsp vanilla
5 ripe bananas

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and grease 2 8"x4" pans. Beat all wet ingreedients together. Then add butter. Mix all dry ingreedients and then add dry to wet. Bake for 55-60 min. or passes the clean tooth pick test.
